You can also pay with a bank card on ARRIVA Michalovce buses

The price of the fare when paying by bank (debit/credit) card is the same as when paying in cash.

From February 1st, 2024, passengers using ARRIVA Michalovce buses will have a new option to pay for their ticket. In addition to traditional cash and a transport card, they will also be able to use a bank card payment. This innovation will allow passengers more convenient and modern payment options. Just tap the card to the bus terminal and travel.

The amount of the fare when paying by bank card will be the same as in the case of cash. Both VISA and MasterCard bank cards can be used. The payment card cannot be used to top up credit on the transport card on buses.

It is still the case that it is most advantageous to use transport cards, because tickets purchased through them are 0,50 euros cheaper.
