You can report issues through helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling +421 55/333 33 31 (message box) or using the electronic form below. You can report issues such as:
- missed connections,
- chronic delays,
- early departures of connections,
- inappropriate behaviour of the driver or fellow passengers,
- unsuitable hygienic conditions,
- loss of revenue due to non-issuance of tickets.
Your suggestions will be dealt with in cooperation with the relevant employers (Prešov and Košice self-governing regions) and their contracted carriers (ARRIVA Michalovce, eurobus, SAD Humenné, SAD Poprad and SAD Prešov SK).
The helpline does not serve to provide information about departures or to comment on timetables. In the case of a request to change the timetables, you can use the form provided for this purpose.
